If you send an email to

using your
usual email address stating what your preferred
@vp-glasgow.com address would be, I
will set it up. (it usually takes 24 hours)
Thereafter, any emails sent to your
@vp-glasgow.com address will be redirected to your existing
mailbox. Email sent to your existing address will arrive
as before.
Any email sent from your home computer will still show the
existing address when it arrives at its destination unless you
open your account properties and change your email address to
your new @vp-glasgow.com
address.
